  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their IT infrastructure needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve overall IT infrastructure performance and efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
  7. Manage IT infrastructure budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  9. Work with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and maintain relationships.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the scalability, availability, and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
  12. Serve as the main point of contact for any IT infrastructure related issues and provide timely resolution.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  14. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all IT infrastructure systems.
  15. Communicate updates and changes to IT infrastructure to relevant stakeholders and departments.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale It Infrastructure Projects: A Director, It Infrastructure At Intel Must Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Overseeing And Delivering Large And Complex It Infrastructure Projects. This Includes Managing Budgets, Timelines, And Resources Effectively.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of It Infrastructure Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of It Infrastructure Technologies Such As Servers, Networks, Storage, Virtualization, And Cloud Computing. They Should Also Be Familiar With Emerging Trends And Able To Evaluate And Implement New Technologies As Needed.

  • Strong Leadership And People Management Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Director, It Infrastructure Should Have Excellent Management And Leadership Skills To Lead A Team Of It Professionals Effectively. They Should Have Experience In Managing Performance, Providing Mentorship, And Fostering A Positive Work Culture.

  • Proven Experience In Strategic Planning And Budget Management: The Role Of A Director, It Infrastructure At Intel Requires The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For It Infrastructure That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Budgets And Ensuring Cost-Effectiveness In All It Infrastructure Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Director, It Infrastructure Will Need To Collaborate With Various Teams Within Intel, Including It Operations, Security, And Business Units, To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of It Infrastructure.
