
Director - Export Licensing and Classification
As Director of Export Licensing and Classification at Intel, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's export licensing and classification strategy. You will provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure compliance with government regulations and to achieve the desired business objectives. We are looking for a strategic, innovative leader with strong problem-solving and communication skills. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful teams, as well as a deep understanding of export laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in law, international business, or a related field, plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in export licensing and classification. You should also possess exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export licensing and classification strategy for Intel.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and achieve desired business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team.
- Develop and manage successful teams.
- Maintain deep understanding of export laws and regulations.
- Analyze and evaluate company needs in relation to export licensing and classification.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, other companies, and international organizations.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations on export licensing and classification.
- Monitor industry trends and developments related to export licensing and classification.
- Ensure all export licensing and classification activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
