
Design Automation Engineer
The Process Design Kit (PDK) group within the Design Enablement (DE) organization is looking for qualified Design Automation Engineer to validate QA and support PDK simulation model collaterals and release to Intel internal and ICF customers. Working closely with the Technology Development and Device Modeling Team to understand and validate new process modeling features, enabling and testing circuit simulation tools creating flows, scripts to analyze and test design methodologies Identifying quantifying. Working with Technology Development team in quantifying customer impact of process model updates. Driving enhancements to validation methodology and improving test suites to ensure high quality simulation collateral delivery in PDK. Providing customer support to Circuit Simulation issues and enhancement requests from design start to completion.
2+ years of experience is required
Experience with Analog circuit design and Semiconductor Device Physics
