  2. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
  4. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities in demand planning to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet customer demand.
  6. Continuously review and improve demand planning processes and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand planning.
  8. Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations and support decision-making for business strategies.
  9. Communicate demand planning information and updates to relevant teams and departments.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on demand planning and provide training and support to team members.
  12. Drive continuous improvement in demand planning through analysis and identification of areas for optimization.
  13. Ensure accuracy and integrity of demand planning data and systems.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to demand planning and supply chain optimization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning And Forecasting, Preferably In A High-Tech Industry.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Forecasting Techniques, With Experience Using Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Erp And S&Op, And Experience Implementing Process Improvements And Optimizing Supply Chain Efficiency.
