- Utilize data and analytics to accurately predict demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and make informed forecasts.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Continuously monitor and improve demand planning processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in demand planning data and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Train and educate team members on demand planning processes and tools.
- Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on demand planning performance to management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve and optimize demand planning systems and tools.
- Proactively identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all demand planning activities.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or Forecasting In A High-Tech Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sap.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
