Defect Reduction Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, quality-minded Defect Reduction Manager to join the Intel team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing defect reduction strategies across the company. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and innovative leader who can bring their expertise to help Intel reduce defects and improve quality assurance processes.To be successful in this role, you should have a background in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement defect reduction strategies across the company.
2. Monitor and analyze quality assurance processes to identify areas of improvement.
3. Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Train and mentor team members on defect reduction strategies and quality assurance processes.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality assurance policies are followed.
6. Create reports and document findings to present to senior leadership.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality control.
8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
9. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions to streamline processes.
10. Proactively identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to address them.
