  1. Develop comprehensive event strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful events for the Data Center business.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform event strategies and content.
  4. Utilize strategic thinking skills to identify and target key audiences for events.
  5. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  6. Create and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure successful event execution.
  7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are in place, including venue, catering, AV, transportation, etc.
  8. Monitor event registration and attendance to ensure maximum participation and ROI.
  9. Develop and manage event marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance.
  10. Measure and report on the success of events, including attendee feedback and ROI.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve event processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for innovative event ideas.
  13. Represent Intel at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  14. Manage post-event follow-up and communication to ensure continued engagement with attendees.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image and reputation for Intel at all events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Management, Preferably In The Data Center Industry

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Data Center Technologies And Trends

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Coordinate Multiple Events Simultaneously

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
