Engaging Business/Data stewards in creation / maintenance of business glossary for the respective subject area and alignment with the glossary with other subject areas. Ensuring models are integrated appropriately across subject areas and transparent to business stakeholders. Ensuring business rules, data definitions, and functional aspects are captured accurately and appropriately within data models. Hands on analysis where required to support solution analysts/Data Modelers as appropriate. Mentoring and educating more junior team members.
