  1. Oversee all aspects of CPU architecture validation process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed validation plans for new processor designs.
  3. Lead a team of engineers in the validation of CPU architecture, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Collaborate with design teams to identify potential issues and provide solutions for improving processor functionality.
  5. Utilize advanced validation techniques and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our processors.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CPU architecture to drive innovation and improve validation processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  8. Monitor and track validation progress, identifying and addressing any delays or roadblocks.
  9. Communicate validation results and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including executives and stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise in CPU architecture and validation techniques.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve validation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company in technical discussions and conferences related to CPU architecture and validation.
  13. Work closely with product development teams to identify and resolve any issues found during the validation process.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple validation projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and deliverables.
  15. Contribute to the development of new validation methodologies and techniques to improve the overall quality of our processors.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cpu Architecture Design And Validation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Cpu Architecture Design And Validation, With A Deep Understanding Of Microarchitecture Concepts, Performance Analysis, And Validation Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: A Strong Grasp Of Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With Simulation And Debug Tools Used In Cpu Validation, Such As Verilog, Systemverilog, And Vcs.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Validation Lead Or Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities, Are Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Specifications: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Specifications Related To Cpu Architecture, Such As X86, Arm, And Risc-V. This Knowledge Is Necessary For Ensuring Compliance And Compatibility With Existing Systems And Platforms.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Abilities: Cpu Architecture Validation Involves Identifying And Troubleshooting Complex Issues, Often Under Tight Deadlines. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Effectively Identify And Resolve Any Validation Issues That May Arise.
