Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to Intel’s senior management team and other business stakeholders.
- Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and other materials as needed.
- Advise on matters related to corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and other legal issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on new and changing laws and regulations.
- Research and analyze legal issues and develop strategies for resolving legal disputes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Represent Intel in court, before government agencies, and other legal proceedings.
- Prepare and present legal arguments to support Intel’s position in matters of dispute.
- Develop and implement training programs on applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
