Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and counsel to Intel’s senior management team and other business stakeholders.
2. Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and other materials as needed.
3. Advise on matters related to corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and other legal issues.
4. Monitor, analyze, and advise on new and changing laws and regulations.
5. Research and analyze legal issues and develop strategies for resolving legal disputes.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
7. Represent Intel in court, before government agencies, and other legal proceedings.
8. Prepare and present legal arguments to support Intel’s position in matters of dispute.
9. Develop and implement training programs on applicable laws and regulations.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
