  2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate successful deal negotiations.
  4. Negotiate deal terms and structure agreements that maximize value for Intel and align with company objectives.
  5. Create and present comprehensive business cases for proposed deals to senior leadership.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies and partnerships.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess existing partnerships and acquisitions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all deal activities and progress.
  10. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the deal-making process.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  12. Represent Intel in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Or Private Equity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Valuation Techniques, And Financial Modeling.

  • Experience In Negotiating And Executing Complex Mergers And Acquisitions Deals.
