  1. Conduct research and development activities to design, develop and optimize processes for advanced components used in Intel's technology products.
  2. Utilize your strong technical background and expertise in components to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop processes that meet performance, yield and reliability targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze process data to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during development and implementation.
  5. Develop and maintain process control plans, procedures and specifications to ensure consistent and reliable manufacturing processes.
  6. Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to evaluate and qualify new technologies and materials for use in the development of advanced components.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in components technology to contribute to Intel's competitive edge.
  8. Participate in design reviews, failure analysis and root cause investigations to determine solutions for manufacturing issues.
  9. Document all processes, procedures, and findings in technical reports and presentations.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior engineers and new team members.
  11. Adhere to all safety and quality standards and regulations in the development and implementation of processes.
  12. Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and Intel's global teams to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
  14. Represent Intel at industry conferences and events to showcase our cutting-edge components technology.

Job Qualifications
