- Conduct research and development activities to design, develop and optimize processes for advanced components used in Intel's technology products.
- Utilize your strong technical background and expertise in components to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop processes that meet performance, yield and reliability targets.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during development and implementation.
- Develop and maintain process control plans, procedures and specifications to ensure consistent and reliable manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to evaluate and qualify new technologies and materials for use in the development of advanced components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in components technology to contribute to Intel's competitive edge.
- Participate in design reviews, failure analysis and root cause investigations to determine solutions for manufacturing issues.
- Document all processes, procedures, and findings in technical reports and presentations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior engineers and new team members.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards and regulations in the development and implementation of processes.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with external partners and Intel's global teams to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
- Represent Intel at industry conferences and events to showcase our cutting-edge components technology.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Experience With Semiconductor Materials, Processes, And Equipment.
Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
Knowledge Of Statistical Process Control (Spc) And Design Of Experiments (Doe) Techniques.
