
Components Research Labs Process Engineer

- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for advanced electronic components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process issues and bottlenecks.
- Conduct process experiments and analyze data to optimize process parameters and improve yield.
- Utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the development and implementation of processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on process engineering techniques and best practices.
- Work closely with equipment engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Communicate regularly with management and team members regarding project progress and results.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input for new product development.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and qualify new materials and equipment.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Research Or Development Role, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Materials Properties And Processing Techniques, Such As Lithography, Etching, And Deposition.
Proficiency In Software Tools Such As Cad, Matlab, And Statistical Analysis Programs.
