  1. Develop and optimize processes for semiconductor components using cutting-edge technology.
  2. Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to drive continuous improvement and push the boundaries of technology.
  3. Conduct research and experiments to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Analyze data and provide recommendations for process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for processes and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
  7. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to incorporate them into process development.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
  10. Train and mentor team members on new processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates on process developments.
  12. Participate in project planning and provide input on process feasibility and timelines.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processes and experiments.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and find innovative solutions to challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In Research And Development Of Semiconductor Components, Preferably In A Lab Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Materials And Processes, Including Lithography, Etching, Deposition, And Packaging.

  • Proficient In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools For Design And Analysis.
