  8. Monitor and track the status and progress of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  9. Utilize risk management software and tools to document and track claims data and produce reports for senior management.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Train and educate employees on risk management principles and best practices to promote a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
  12. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to risk management and claims handling.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on risk management matters and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  14. Take proactive measures to identify potential risks and develop strategies to prevent or minimize their impact on the company.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
