Job Description

At Intel, we are looking for an experienced and driven Campus Recruiting Manager who can help us identify and attract the best and brightest talent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources and recruiting, and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. If you are passionate about connecting with and inspiring the next generation of tech professionals, we want to hear from you.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in campus recruiting. You should have a deep understanding of effective sourcing strategies, and the ability to develop strong relationships with college campus professionals. A successful track record of developing and executing creative strategies to attract and engage top talent is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative strategies to attract and engage top talent from college campuses.
  2. Source and identify potential candidates through a variety of methods including job postings, online and offline recruiting, campus events, and social media.
  3. Develop strong relationships with college campus professionals and build a network of potential candidates.
  4. Participate in college recruiting events, such as career fairs and campus presentations.
  5. Create and maintain recruiting metrics to track and measure success.
  6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting.
  7. Manage and coordinate the entire campus recruiting process from initial outreach to follow up after interviews.
  8. Prepare and review job descriptions, job postings, and offer letters.
  9. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruiting goals are achieved.
  10. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment related topics.
