- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability for the 18A Business Line.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align on business goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of the 18A Business Line and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
