Automation Team Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the automation team in the development and implementation of automated processes.
2. Oversee and coordinate multiple automation projects simultaneously.
3. Plan and design automation workflows and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
4. Evaluate existing automation tools and frameworks and recommend improvements.
5. Ensure that all automation projects adhere to best coding practices and CI/CD guidelines.
6. Train and mentor team members in automation tools and techniques.
7. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure successful project completion.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure successful collaboration and execution of projects.
9. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
10. Stay up to date with new automation technologies and trends.
