Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Application Engineering.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Such As Linux And Windows.
Experience With Programming Languages, Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Address Complex Issues And Provide Efficient Solutions.
