  • Technical Expertise: A Strong Background In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, With Experience In Software Development And System Architecture.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Develop A Team Of Engineers, Set Clear Goals And Expectations, And Foster A Collaborative And Innovative Work Environment.

  • Project Management Experience: Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Projects, From Conception To Implementation, While Meeting Tight Deadlines And Budget Constraints.
