  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize space utilization across the Americas region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on space utilization and business needs.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for space optimization and cost savings.
  4. Create and maintain detailed space plans, including layouts and utilization reports.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget.
  6. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their space needs and provide recommendations for efficient solutions.
  7. Utilize project management techniques to track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in space planning to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support space planning initiatives.
  10. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and provide regular updates on project status.
  11. Collaborate with other AMR Strategic Space Planners to share best practices and ensure consistency across the region.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to space planning.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Stay up-to-date with Intel's business goals and objectives to align space planning strategies accordingly.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Space Industry: The Amr Strategic Space Planner Must Have Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of The Space Industry, Including Current Trends, Technologies, And Competitors.

  • Experience In Strategic Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans For The Space Sector. This Includes Analyzing Market Trends, Identifying Opportunities, And Creating Actionable Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Amr Strategic Space Planner Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Information, Identify Key Insights, And Use Critical Thinking To Develop Innovative Solutions.
