- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize space utilization across the Americas region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on space utilization and business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for space optimization and cost savings.
- Create and maintain detailed space plans, including layouts and utilization reports.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their space needs and provide recommendations for efficient solutions.
- Utilize project management techniques to track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in space planning to drive continuous improvement.
