  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to ensure high-quality training programs and initiatives
  • Identify and assess the learning needs of employees at all levels and develop training plans to address any skill gaps
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify specific training needs and create customized programs for their teams
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs
  • Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and encouraging participation in training programs
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the impact and ROI of learning and development initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Organizational-Wide Learning Strategies That Align With Business Goals And Objectives.

  • Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment With A Diverse Workforce And A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team.
