- Develop and implement AI programs in alignment with Intel's overall strategy and goals.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of AI programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI programs.
- Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables and ensure they are met.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners and vendors for AI program support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for AI initiatives.
- Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Continuously assess and improve AI program processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Represent Intel and act as a subject matter expert in AI at industry conferences and events.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In Ai Or Software Development
In-Depth Understanding Of Ai Technologies, Such As Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Computer Vision
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
