Develop effective messaging and rapid response for federal, state and city policy issues Drive key Instacart narratives through earned stories in outlets across multiple markets. Work with industry coalitions to shape and coordinate campaigns and key initiatives. Leverage economic research for storytelling to drive earned articles in key markets. Advance our policy agenda and policy brand through strategic thought leadership work. Provide internal communications support on key policy issues and developments. Collaborate regularly with Shopper, Corporate, Consumer, Internal, and Employer Brand communications colleagues on cross-purpose initiatives that support multiple objectives.
