
Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you will work with Inspire’s sales leadership team and key stakeholders to drive sales strategy and innovation with new products, markets, and sales teams. Develop, test, and prove out the most effective field sales strategies that increase sales performance metrics. Provide sales leadership in the field and work closely with our face-to-face sales partners to ensure the organization meets and exceeds sales goals. Be highly involved with new product line launches by developing sales processes that maximize performance. Ensure that our sales teams are delivering a consistent experience with every member interaction. Utilize a documented training process, along with in-field support in order to kick start partner launches and quickly scale sales teams.
At least 1-2 years of experience in direct sales or business development
Experience in a leadership role and led a team of face to face sales reps preferred
Proven experience as a top performer in a consultative face to face sales for product driver organization(s), specifically in D2D
