This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is also desired. 4. Analyze and evaluate benefit programs for cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
5. Develop and maintain employee benefits records and related documents.
6. Resolve employee questions or concerns regarding benefits.
7. Research and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
8. Assist with the preparation and administration of the annual benefits budget.
9. Maintain a good working knowledge of all benefit programs and processes.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
