  1. Design and implement security and incident management solutions for clients using ServiceNow platform.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert for all ServiceNow-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet client's needs.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  5. Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform for clients.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security and incident management on the ServiceNow platform.
  8. Participate in the testing and validation of new ServiceNow releases and updates.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
  10. Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of ServiceNow for security and incident management.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security and incident management processes.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, and work towards their resolution.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of security and incident management processes on the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident management.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within the specified deadlines.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Subject Matter Expert, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients To Develop Effective Solutions.
