  1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, focusing on security and incident management.
  2. Maintain and continuously improve ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet the needs of clients.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in security and incident management.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  5. Develop and implement security and incident management processes and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
  6. Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow security and incident management practices.
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow solutions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow security and incident management processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Stay informed of new ServiceNow features and updates, and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving ServiceNow solutions and processes.
  12. Participate in project planning and estimation, providing technical expertise and insights to ensure successful project delivery.
  13. Conduct regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow solutions to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security and incident management standards.
  14. Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and making recommendations for improvement.
  15. Continuously evaluate and enhance ServiceNow security and incident management processes to stay ahead of evolving threats and industry standards.
