Responsibilities of a Service Desk Representative:
• Provide exceptional customer service to Insight Enterprises customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot IT-related issues in a courteous and professional manner. • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues. • Utilize customer relationship management software to maintain customer records. • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Insight Enterprises. • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes. • Provide timely and accurate follow-up to customer requests. • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
