At Insight Enterprises, our Service Desk Representatives are the go-to people for providing reliable customer service to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating an enjoyable customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable with customer service best practices, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and help others. You must also have a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a professional setting. Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service support.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide accurate information and advice to customers regarding service issues.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot customer service problems.
  5. Utilize customer service best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Keep up-to-date with product and service information.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
  8. Document customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
  9. Ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Remain knowledgeable about changes in the industry and customer service trends.
