  1. Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions for clients, taking into consideration their specific needs and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  5. Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
  8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  9. Stay informed of changes and updates within the Salesforce platform, recommending and implementing upgrades or enhancements as needed.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to Salesforce development and implementation.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce Platform: A Qualified Salesforce Architect At Insight Enterprises Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform, Including Its Various Modules, Customization Options, And Integration Capabilities.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Apex And Java, As Well As Experience With Web Technologies Like Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations: Insight Enterprises Is Looking For A Salesforce Architect Who Has A Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Salesforce Solutions For Clients Across Various Industries.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Salesforce Certifications, Including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Expertise In The Platform.
