Microsoft Exchange Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Consultant to join our team at Insight Enterprises. As an Exchange Consultant, you’ll be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server, as well as providing end-user support. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Exchange Server, including experience with migration, administration, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server.

5. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Exchange technologies.
6. Document all Exchange related tasks and procedures.
7. Develop and maintain Exchange Server related policies, procedures, and best practices.
8. Create and modify mailboxes, distribution lists, and user accounts within Exchange Server.
9. Respond to escalated technical support tickets.
10. Train staff and end-users on the use of Exchange Server and related applications.
