IT Data Analyst Sr (Service Desk Reporting and PowerBI)

1. Analyze and interpret data using PowerBI to provide valuable insights and support business decisions.
2. Create and maintain service desk reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with various teams to gather and understand business requirements for data analysis.
4. Develop and implement data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings.
5. Identify trends and patterns in data to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
6. Continuously monitor data integrity and accuracy, troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
8. Communicate complex data findings and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
9. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
10. Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
12. Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all data analysis and reporting.
13. Assist with training and mentoring junior data analysts and provide guidance on data analysis best practices.
14. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to optimize data analysis processes and workflows.
15. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
