3. Utilize expertise in Intune platform to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
4. Monitor and maintain Intune environments to ensure optimal performance
5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the functionality of Intune environments
6. Stay abreast of new technologies and innovations in Intune platform
7. Train and mentor IT staff on Intune-related topics
8. Maintain detailed documentation of Intune environments
9. Provide effective customer service and support
10. Participate in planning and execution of Intune projects
