- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies and identify potential leads.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline sales processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about competitors and their products/services to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and generate leads.
- Act as a mentor and role model for the inside sales team, fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales training programs for new and existing inside sales representatives.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Inside Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Leadership And Coaching Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
