- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the higher education sector.
- Identify potential customers and proactively reach out to establish new business opportunities.
- Understand the needs and challenges of the higher education industry and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Promote and sell Insight's technology solutions to higher education institutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and increasing revenue.
- Actively engage with leads and prospects through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive growth within the higher education market.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Insight's solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, news, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support and product specialists, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Insight, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Higher Education Industry.
Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of The Higher Education Market And Its Trends, Including Technology Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In A Fast-Paced, Competitive Environment.
