- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Insight's technology solutions and services in order to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Identify and target new commercial business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, consistently driving business growth for Insight.
- Effectively manage and track sales activities and opportunities using Insight's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Sales department.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and processes through ongoing training and development.
- Represent Insight at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for commercial clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Serve as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Insight, promoting our values and culture to potential clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In Technology Or It.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Quotas And Targets.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape, With The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
