
Client Operations Specialist
At Insight Enterprises, we are looking for a Client Operations Specialist who is passionate about creating solutions and developing customer relationships. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the sales and customer service teams.We are seeking a Client Operations Specialist who has excellent organizational skills and is able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and operations, with the ability to consistently meet customer expectations. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. Experience in a customer service environment, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, is preferred.
