As the Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our valued clients.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their business needs.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop and execute client engagement strategies.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Insight's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing Insight's capabilities and solutions.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple client projects and requests, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  10. Monitor and report on key metrics, such as client retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction, to senior management.
  11. Collaborate with the client services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in client management.
  13. Represent Insight at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and implement best practices to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
