- Serve as a subject matter expert on Insight's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing Insight's capabilities and solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client projects and requests, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, such as client retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction, to senior management.
- Collaborate with the client services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in client management.
- Represent Insight at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and implement best practices to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
