Client Delivery Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and solutions.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects to clients, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and potential issues are addressed.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are within scope and delivered on time.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Motivate and mentor project teams to ensure productivity and high-quality work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to continuously improve our services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide comprehensive reports to management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Client Delivery In A Technology Or Consulting Company.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.
Knowledge Of Technology Solutions, Including Hardware, Software, And Services, And The Ability To Understand And Communicate Technical Concepts To Clients.
