  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Insight Enterprises.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present innovative technology solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position Insight Enterprises as a leader in the technology industry.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue projections.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of products, services, and pricing.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the sales process.
  9. Work closely with other members of the sales team to share best practices, collaborate on strategies, and achieve overall team goals.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing Insight Enterprises in a positive light at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Multiple Languages: A Bilingual Client Solutions Executive Must Possess Strong Proficiency In Both English And At Least One Other Language To Effectively Communicate With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.
