AWS & App Virtualization Engineer

The right candidate will have an eye for details and enjoy creating elegant solutions for complex problems.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience• 5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)• 5+ years of hands-on experience with virtualization technologies including Hyper-V, VMware, and Citrix• Advanced knowledge of application design and development• Experience with scripting and automation• Ability to think strategically, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop applications for AWS using virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, and Citrix.
2. Automate tasks and processes using scripting.
3. Monitor and maintain applications deployed on AWS.
4. Research and evaluate the latest technologies and trends in the AWS and app virtualization space.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team.
6. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
7. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with applications.
10. Ensure applications are secure and up to industry standards.
