  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Insight's products, services, and solutions in order to effectively sell to clients.
  2. Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by management, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with customized solutions that meet their business needs.
  6. Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  8. Accurately track and report sales activities and results, using Insight's CRM system.
  9. Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  10. Represent Insight in a positive and professional manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
  11. Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing best practices and collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective success.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the sales process and customer experience, providing feedback and suggestions to management.
