Shipping Specialist

7. Monitor inventory levels and order additional supplies as necessary.
8. Monitor and maintain accuracy of shipping rates and fees.
9. Identify cost-saving opportunities to reduce shipping expenses.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping-related issues.
11. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
12. Work closely with management to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled.
13. Stay updated on changes in shipping regulations and procedures.
14. Assist in training new employees in shipping processes.
