Responsibilities:

1. Receive customer orders and pick, package and ship items accurately and efficiently.
2. Assist with loading and unloading items from delivery trucks.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all orders are filled correctly.
4. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing order picking duties.
5. Utilize inventory management software to process orders and keep track of stock levels.
6. Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
7. Perform regular cycle counts to verify accuracy of inventory management system.
8. Make sure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner and that customer expectations are being met.
9. Perform quality control checks on all products prior to shipping.
10. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
