
Human Resources Generalist
Ingram Content Group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and take our HR operations to the next level. The successful candidate must have the necessary qualifications and experience to support the HR department in a wide range of responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right skills to make a positive impact on the company. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, as well as two to four years of experience in a similar role. A working knowledge of HR practices and procedures is essential, as is a strong background in employee relations and recruiting. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to develop strong relationships with staff and management. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must, as is the ability to work independently to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including advertising open positions, conducting interviews, and orienting new employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers, managers, and employees.
- Monitor and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the development of training programs and initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and labor laws.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement and morale.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediation, and dispute resolution.
