Job Description

At Ingram Content Group, we are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and we are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, developing relationships with our customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a strong customer service background and is an effective communicator.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to find solutions to customer needs.
  4. Analyze customer feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  5. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies in order to effectively answer customer questions.
  6. Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Document customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Ensure customer service standards are met consistently.
