Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Catalog Integrity Specialist to join the Ingram Content Group team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cataloging best practices and be comfortable working with large datasets. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Catalog Integrity Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our catalog and its assets.   1. Ensure catalog accuracy and integrity by monitoring and correcting any errors or inconsistencies in catalog data.
  2. Utilize cataloging best practices to organize and maintain catalog data in a consistent and accurate manner.
  3. Evaluate and analyze large datasets for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Develop and implement processes to ensure catalog integrity and quality assurance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure catalog accuracy and consistency.
  6. Proactively identify potential problems and take corrective action to ensure catalog integrity.
  7. Monitor catalog records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Research and resolve catalog inaccuracies, discrepancies, and anomalies.
  9. Perform regular audits and reviews of catalog data to ensure accuracy.
  10. Generate detailed reports and document changes made to catalog data.
