Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Ingram Content Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our organization's systems in order to maximize efficiency. We need someone with a keen eye for process optimization and the technical skill to implement changes.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business management, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development. 5. Develop and maintain technical documentation of all system specifications and processes.
6. Provide training and support to users of all organizational systems.
7. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed within expected timelines.
9. Research new technologies and industry trends to ensure systems remain up to date.
10. Develop and execute system testing plans to ensure optimal system performance.
