We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and promoting a positive work culture.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
  4. Lead and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  9. Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
  11. Mentor and coach junior HR team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with external partners, such as recruiters and benefits providers, to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
  14. Act as a change agent, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture through communication and implementation of initiatives.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices And Employment Laws, Specifically In The Food Service Industry.

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Support Business Objectives And Drive Organizational Growth.
